We have a LINE group for people with IT questions such as how to use an app, how to format a document, software updates, etc. on smart phones and computers of all kinds. This is a community self-help project. We have an expert on IT matters as part of the LINE group (Betsy Lavolette), but she is a busy person. So, if other members of the group can answer a question, don't hesitate to jump in and do so! And don't hesitate to ask a question however embarrassed you may feel. There are sure to be others who need to know the answer, too!
