Event: Walk and talk from Misagi (Kyoto) to Lake Biwa (Shiga) via Bishamon-do and Yamashina Station

Date:   Starting time, November 23 (Sat) 11:00 at Misasagi subway station (on the Tozai line)

Finishing times: For people who want just a shorter walk from Misasagi to Bishamon-do, then Yamashina station,

it will take about 40 minutes. For people who want to walk the whole way, it will take about 2.5

hours (including a lunch break and photo stops). We expect to reach  Lake Biwa at around 13: 30-14:00.

This is a flat walk (no mountains to climb) and suitable for people who like to exercise, but not too vigorously!

Bring a light lunch and plenty to drink. There are public toilets along the way.

Here is a link for a Google form with detailed information about the walk, and for those who want to join us for the       walk, to sign up. The reason for the form is for us to have a rough idea of how many people plan to join us. If you prefer to send Amanda an email, that is fine. Google forms may not be familiar to everyone.   https://forms.gle/eGosDypoaE1PYUXS7
